Wi-Fi broke within a month Warranty not honored

The Wi-Fi stopped working almost immediately. I put in a claim for support and it took almost a year to get a resolution because of how slow support was with their response. They then told me to purchase a new unit and I would receive a reimbursement for the cost of the original unit. Im coming up on two years since this issue happened and support has stopped answering me. Not satisfied with support and the replacement I purchased also has issues with weird noises.

Installed the window unit. Had a great month with it as it was very quiet and controlled room temp very well and connected to WiFi for remote set up. However the circuit wouldnt turn on after a month. After troubleshooting warranty covered it but no attempt for repairs were made.

Excellent unit for above average bedroom

This unit replaced a 15 year old 8000 BTU unit from a different manufacturer. This unit went into our oldest daughters bedroom. She is notorious for pushing the capacity of the unit because she wants her room to be an ice box. When this unit was purchased she was given strict instructions that the temperature setting should not be lowered below 70 degrees and it should only be run on Energy Saver or Dry mode. She insisted that her room would not be comfortable enough for her because she would lower her old unit to 66 degrees and her bedroom was still warm. Since the unit it WiFi compatible I made it clear that I would be able to monitor her use and make adjustments. She was pleasantly surprised of this units cooling power and she has not deviated from our agreed upon approach. This unit made her a believer.

I bought this a month ago to replace my 10 year old Other brand window air conditioner. I purchased it based on the reviews of how quiet it was. It does cool well however to my surprise it is louder than my old one when the compressor kicks on. Maybe there is an issue with mine. I read a lot of reviews and information before choosing this air conditioner. The size of the window where it would be installed was also a big factor. This LG unit offered a lot of good features and it was the perfect size for an 8000 btu unit. My apartment is very warm and I am pleasantly surprised how quickly it cools my apartment off and maintains the temperature. I work a 12-15 hour day and am always concerned about my pets but I dont want to leave the unit on all day. I used the timer for it to come on 1/2 way through the day. When I got home it was exactly as I had set it. Another thing I like is the length of the cord which is longer than other air conditioners that Ive had. I would definitely recommend this unit.

This baby is pretty nice. Its well made comes in great packaging and comes with a washable air filter. Its cools my room nicely and is actually pretty quiet. I can change the settings and also power it on and off with my smartphone. You can also make schedules as well

Ive used this unit for four years havent had any problem with it. My only issue is that the blower has a dust build-up on it. It may have something to do with my location. I tried to clean it got a lot of it out but apparently not most of it. Now it blows dust blobs from about 1/8 of a penny to about 1/3 penny in size everywhere. I keep my filter clean. This may be normal for all AC units. I dont know. I would like to give it a five but that problem makes it a four. I would really like it to be able to take the cover off of the blower clean it.

Best little ac in the world
