Used several times but has open flame so continually turning items so they do not burn. Strong gas smell when you preheat. Stripped screw in back of bottom oven and serial number not listed/printed anywhere on oven which is held up service from LG. Thank good ness for 2 yr Costco warranty.

Terrible stove and no product support

We have had this for over 2 years now. We had a similar stove in our prior home and bought another LG because our experience with the last LG stove was so great. In fact we bought all LG appliances in our new home. This stove has been a real lemon. Our extended warranty service has been a joke too. The stove makes an annoying whining noise after it warms up and for at least 15 minutes after we turn the oven off. The front right burner was not igniting so the repair person put a piece in it to help with air flow. That didnt really help. One day we smelled burning plastic where there is no plastic and the burner turned black. We still dont know why it happened and the repairman just told us that there are no plastic parts. The metal on top is soft and scratches easily when you clean it and when you put the grates back on after cleaning it. We expected more out this product and were sorely disappointed. Three calls for repairs were met with comments like thats normal its not and we dont know. We asked if we could talk to the main office we were told they wont talk to you. We really regret spending so much money with a company that doesnt back their products.

Great stove top and 2 ovens

We bought this 4 years ago and it has been great. The stove top has a lot of room and a high heat plus lower heat area. The ovens are roomy so we are able to host holidays with lots of food cooking well. The bottom oven has a slide out rack perfect for hard to grab handles or flat pizza trays. Other than 1 replacement need for an ignitor weve had no issues with it. And even when that occurred we still had use of the lower oven so we werent out from cooking. Very satisfied.

Great oven works and looks great

I am overall happy with my purchase. However a couple of years in the knobs have cracked. LG was kind enough to replace them at no charge to me. The convection oven is great but I find I need to bump it up a bit as the automatic conversion of the temperature seems a bit too low and things take longer when I use the convection roast and convection bake settings.

Great concept and space utilization.

We purchased this oven in June but installed it at the end of September. We used the upper and lower oven once. Two days later we went to use both ovens and the upper oven would not preheat. It has been four weeks and I was told it will be on or around November 1st to get service. Because of the error code the service provider ordered a part that they think needs replaced. The stove burners work great and the lower oven works well so we havent been without an oven. 3 stars for now just based on factory warranty service is slower than expectations.

Junk-DONT buy

When I bought this unit I had a perfectly good working stove/oven. Not only does thing not bake evenly in either of the ovens the ultra burner takes just as long to boil water as the other burners the knobs have no letters left never used abrasives on them the grates rusted the first time I washed them the grate broke when I dropped a glass on it the stove chipped when a pan hit the edged the beautiful blue glaze in the oven is chipping and terribly scratched from pulling the oven grates in and out bear in mind I only bake 10-15 times a year. All in all this might be the most expensive piece of junk I have ever spent $$$$$ on. In fact it is the most expensive piece of junk Ive ever had the displeasure of owning Oh and it doesnt work with an IPhone.

This range is great except for the fact they put the convection oven on the bottom It is on the floor My mistake but there wasnt one in stock anywhere to try out I purchased it at Lowes. Usually love LG. The rest of my appliances are LG this is a clunker I have to bend really low to remove things from lower oven. Wont be cooking anything heavy ever Lowes wont allow a return after 48 hours.

This LG Gas Range is absolutely the best range Ive ever had I love the double ovens. It makes holiday meal prep a breeze as is any clean-up. The meat probe is a real plus and using it resulted in a perfectly roasted leg of lamb. All the surface burners regulate nicely with no fluctuation after setting the desired flame. Ive used the convect-bake for cookies and scones with beautiful results. I highly recommend this range

Terrible product

Terrible product unreliable after one week of receiving my new stove the whole bottom unit would not turn off we had to turn it off by the main powerline in our house very unsatisfied and disappointed. I contacted Costco and they replace the stove but I needed to wait over 2 to 3 weeks in order to get the new stove I went throughout the whole holiday of Easter cooking for my family without a stove very difficult. the stove is very unreliable . I now have a new stove but Im going to return it because it just isnt functioning the way I would like.my old stove was 17 years old it was a workhorse this one is defective from the get-go. Im planning on returning the second stove. The oven calibrations Are way off any new stove that you pay so much money for should not be such a problem from the get-go. I would not recommend this stove to anyone.

Great features and performance

Oven performs well and maintains stable temperatures. Great design and enjoy double oven in standard 30 inch slide in unit. Only issue was unit contained two right side grates out of the box. As the burners are not uniform in size there are two separate top grates. The bag was marked with the correct part number however the grate inside was incorrect. I have contacted Customer Service and am awaiting a replacement. Only other comment I would make is there is a single knob to control both ovens. It is sometimes a challenge to see on the control what oven you are controlling I think it would be easier with separate controls for the two ovens.

I bought this oven 2 years ago to go into my remodeled kitchen but due to the pandemic it sat in a box and finally was installed 2 months ago I am an avid cook and use the range and oven almost every night. Unfortunately after only 2 months of use the plastic piece that holds the oven control knob cracked. It seems odd that the rest of the knobs are secured with metal and yet the oven isnt? It also seems that plastic should not be used on an oven thats temps reach 500 degrees Fahrenheit? I really love this oven but an disappointed in the manufacture that used plastic for the oven control

Very unhappy with the appearance

I have only had this stove for 7 days but already am so disappointed with the stainless steel. It is constantly looking streaked. I have barely used it but it always appears dirty. Unfortunately Home Depot wont take a return on major appliances.

We have had this about a month and so far we are very pleased with the performance. The proofing setting is ideal for us because we do lots of bread baking. The cook top is very easy to clean. The ovens maintain an even heat.

Love the double oven

We purchased this for our second home so havent had a chance to use it alot but Ive used the separate ovens to reheat items and love how quickly they get to temperature. I did have an issue with the top oven burning the bottoms of my food so need to figure out how that happened and fix for next time but no problems on the bottom oven. We also had a burner not work from the start but LG tech came out and fixed it promptly. Overall pleased with this range

Bought this for our new build house. Love the double oven features and convection. The 4 star rating is because after reading the user manual it is still confusing on how to use. The knob that controls the ovens and the pad that you set for your temperatures gets a little confusing because you set the temperature for convection oven and it only reads a different temperature.

Purchased the product in fall of 2020. Since that time every part that can be replaced has been or is in the process of being replaced. On the positive side when the unit works it does the job. And service has been has been requests have been quickly fulfilled.

Great Features with Few Negatives

Ive been using this oven for about six month now and everything functions as expected. It is great to have the two ovens. I am using with a propane adapter kit. There are very few times when it would be nice to have a taller oven but the benefit of two ovens definitely outweighs this. The range is great and the high power burner really works well putting out considerable heat. The center burner looks great but I really havent used it much yet. On the range we have just had to be careful about scratches and the we did get a stain on one of the disks that cover the burners oil maybe?. It was irritating that the finish was flawed so early in our use but LG sent a replacement under warranty without issue. The biggest problem that we have run into is that the manual instructions on how to run self-clean on the top oven is inadequate and it led to several tech support discussions and even a tech coming out to the house to change the motherboard. In the end there wasnt anything wrong with the oven the instructions just werent clear And even tech support wasnt sure how to advise. Other than that my only other comment is to be sure to level properly to avoid any vibration from the fan.

Bought this just over a year ago. So far no complaints other than the oven control knob having a plastic pin instead of metal like all of the burner knobs have. Cheap piece of plastic to replace it when broken. But really sharp looking and functions perfectly. Havent used wifi yet though. Not that lazy.

No warranty because serial number is BEHIND it

I have small rack issue with the stove and its been under warranty. I registered it after it was installed. However I cant get the part ordered through warranty without my serial number...which is a hanging tab in the back of the unit. I tried with a knife to flip it up but it doesnt catch and im risking scratching my backsplash. So basically I have a VERY expensive stove that I cant get warrantied because I dont have the superhuman strength to move this thing myself. I attached a picture of the absurd location of the tab.

Conditionally good but controls are poor

I love everything except the way you cant simply turn the ovens on and off. If the dial is already set to bake on the upper oven for example you cant just turn it on you have to turn it to some other setting and then BACK to bake. Thats not an intuitive way to use the ovens. I spent hours on the phone with customer support with people who couldnt explain whether theres a better way to just turn the oven on. It seems like it was designed by someone who doesnt actually cook. Everything else about this unit is great but it should have a sensible control panel not designed like a video game or something.

Need more knowledgeable support

I like the oven but I have had to contact support twice and they are not very knowledgeable. I still have not figured out how to attach the back fill to the oven as support took so long to figure it out. I also contact support when I first hooked up the oven because the back burners were not igniting and they did not know where to tell me to find the serial number. The burners finally did catch but on their own.

Overall this is a good range but we had a lot of hicups getting it from Costco. They lost it 3 times and was delivered after 3 months from the purchase date. A few dislikes about the range: 1. Steiless steel easy scratchable. I used only the recomended scrumb items yet the ranges top is scratched everywhere.. 2. The convection bake is really not performing well. The recomended temp is taking longer time 3. The bake features in both ovens are not baking uniformely. Burns in the back and uncook in the fron.
