Great Size for a Counter Depth

We love the refrigerator so far. The size is much roomier than initially thought. We are a little disappointed with the condiment trays on the doors but have learned to rearrange and all is good now. The black stainless finish is beautiful. We have had a few issues and LG has been responsive to address these. The freezer draw is not closing properly but should be an easy fix. The water filter needs to be replaced because the vendor that installed the water line used the wrong type of line. So we will see how the water tastes after the new filter arrives. The only complaint - it would be nice if the water/ice face was back-lit so my husband could see the various options.

Loved the fridge up until it died. The water / ice dispenser shorted and caused the fridge to stop working. Luckily it was under warranty and an LG associated repair shop was able to order the part.

I really like the spaciousness of this fridge and how easy it is to see everything without moving everything. I have added a few clear plastic bins to organize everything - so it makes it even better I really like the way the bins on the door dont make any contact with the items on the shelves.... this was not the case with my last fridge. Weve had this refrigerator for over a year and are very happy with it. Our kitchen is small so a counter depth fridge was a must. Having the French doors makes it feel more spacious and the pull out freezer down below is vey convenient. The air and water fillters are easy to replace. The ice maker is great provides options for cubes or crushed. I love that the cubes are small and it does a good job crushing. One feature that I was happily surprised it had is an additional ice maker in the freezer All in all we have been very happy with this refrigerator.

I love this fridge. The counter depth is the way to go. Certainly has plenty of room for me. The french doors are really nice but it can be a bit annoying to have to open both in order to pull out the meat drawer. That said 5 stars for design and features.

Purchased this refrigerator a little over a month ago. Would not get the main compartment below 42 degrees. On first service call the tech determined it was the evaporator fan. However LG sent out the fan and a compressor and a coil. On the second visit the tech replaced the compressor but the temps did not go down. On the third service call he replaced the evaporator fans in the freezer compartment. It is working somewhat better but still wonder for how long. Im running the freezer a degree below normal and that seemed to help. Certainly would not buy this brand again.

After having this fridge for a week I noticed there was frost building up in the top of the freezer thought maybe the 2nd ice maker was out. Come to find out the door seal to the freezer wasnt tight enough and letting the cold air out. Still waiting on someone to contact me about this issue - been a couple and havent heard from anyone. Other than that I like the fridge.

I Bought Two

Just moved into a new house and this is the second LG fridge Ive purchased from Home Depot. First one was excellent. This one however not so much. I love the color but the fridge has a small dent in it the install was terrible. The freezer seal didnt seal properly resulting in my freezer frosting over. Getting warranty assistance is a NIGHTMARE. LG is difficult to contact and the first couple of repair people declined the work order and the last one did an excellent job. Getting help just should not be this difficult.

Ice maker is horrible It takes forever to make a small amount of ice. I have reset it every few days. Still no good. I have resorted to buying ice cube trays so I have ice. As he had to sit on the floor he noticed the dent. We called LG and they rudely told us it would not be covered because it was over 7 days. We were very unhappy with LG.

I have had this fridge for a few weeksso far everything works as it should. Connecting tito the WiFi was a real snap and the smart app works great. I was a little hesitant at first because of the previous compressor problems. Being the company they are should have solved the problem.It is the quietest refrigerator I have ever heard.. We have and still have 4 LG appliances in the past and today.

Great Refrigerator for the Price

We got this a few months ago and I do like it for a counter depth refrigerator. We have only had one issue and that is the duel icemakers. The top one gets stuck sometimes and the bottom one stops making ice on some days and then it starts up again.

Nice Quite Fridge with a few minor problems.

We are happy with this fridge. Looks good very quiet and holds a lot. Two ice makers is overkill for us but if you have a big family its nice. BUT when are designers going to realize that computer design of controls looks different from real life Contrast is important. The ice / water dispenser controls have black print on a dark gray background. This is almost impossible to see without a direct strong light. This model is also lacking a folding shelf for tall items and a divider for the Glide N Serve drawer to separate meat and cheese. Other models do have these. So far I would buy LG again but study the specs very carefully.

Love the fridge but freezer frosts up

I bought this a couple months ago and within weeks the freezer drawer started frosting up. I called to have it service and Im still waiting for the repair person to come out. Other than the freezer issues it has been great.

Absolutely Love my new Refrigerator - Love the configuration of the inside - seems to be more roomier than my old refrigerator - Love the LED Lighting - Love the Air Filter - First time having the ice cube and dispenser on the door and just love that feature - My food seems to keep much longer - Had to replace a Black finish refrigerator and was afraid it would not match the other appliances and the Black Stainless Steel is absolutely gorgeous and blends very well with my other appliances.

I hated my old refrigerator and was thrilled that it broke. I replaced the old side by side with the LG French door style. It is perfect Its roomy I can find things easily and Im not stacking things on top of each other or laying tall items on their side. Couldnt be happier.
