I am enjoying using the KitchenAid double wall oven. Its sleek design, large glass opening makes viewing easier. The ovens cook evenly and it has multiple rack positions. The slide out rack is especially nice! Clean up is a breeze since there are no exposed elements.

I've had the double convection oven for 2 weeks. Food just cooks and tastes better using this oven. I should have bought a new oven earlier. And it's much quieter than my old oven. It fit perfectly in the space from my old oven, which was another perk.

have only used the oven twice. did a shake down to see how it worked. roasted a chicken, then a turkey. used the internal thermometer. never used a convection oven before. our old oven was a 1970's GE oven, which cooked uneven and ran on the hotter side of the thermometer.... dial setting and it probably raised the kitchen temp by 10 degrees. the process for cooking on the kitchen aid was very simple and elegant. the oven walks you through the steps. the total cooking time was much quicker than i ever would have thought, (almost half the time of a conventional oven) the oven sounded a small alarm, the key pad showing that the internal temp of the chicken had reached the desired temp and the oven turned off. the chicken was PERFECTLY cooked... same for the turkey. there was no noticeable heat generated outside the oven. and..... it looked beautiful while doing it. have not baked in the oven yet. looking forward. stand by.

I bought the double oven on 2011. Was working fine till I self cleaned it, according to instructions. Since then it broke 3 time... Wouldn't heat, or starts heating up then temperatures go down. Very disappointed ☹️.

It took a month for delivery. I was so excited to finally have it installed and was learning to use and enjoy the nice features. I decided to try the self-clean on the top oven. The dirt or something all blew inside the glass in the door and made very ugly dark streaks etc impossible to remove. When the technician came out we were unable to find a serial number or identify the cause or whether it is a problem unique to this particular oven. I am sad but I am sending it back and replacing it with another brand.
