This is a piece of $800 plus dollar crap. There is nothing professional about it other than crap. I have had the unit for about 5 months and still doesn™€™t clean. I washed the same load 3 times and dishes were still dirty. Don™€™t waist your money. The company says that it™€™s fine but it isn™€™t. What a bunch of BS. I would love my money back if possible.

Not as heavy duty as it should be

Lower rack is cheep and flimsy compared to my old kitchen aid, wheels are horrible with the 1/2 wheel design! The lower rack the tines are too close together for plates with rolled edges, center rack is fine upper is hard to open and closed and with a utensil basket already in the lower rack. The third rack should be wide open for bigger utensils and large, spatulas and wooden spoons. Looks nice and cleans well so far. But it™€™s a pain to load you were more concerned on maximum place settings than actually designing a rack for plates with wide deeper bottoms and rolled edges. No water safety shut off like my old kitchen aid that worked well when the drain pump failed. Prevents dishwasher from filling when it can™€™t drain! Worst dishwasher I've ever used

We just remodeled our kitchen and chose the Frigidaire Professional appliances because we wanted top quality. While I'm very happy with the fridge, microwave, and range, I absolutely HATE the dishwasher. First, it doesn't dry the dishes at all. I've used the recommended settings, added the heat option, and all of the dishes come out dripping wet. Second, the bottom rack doesn't fit regular plates. The ties are so close together that only really slim plates with no raised edge will fit and stand up (think 70's Corningware). My plates are not an unusual design, nor are they especially thick, they are standard in every way, but with the tines being less than an inch apart, they don't fit. Third, the racks are incredible flimsy. When I pull out the bottom rack to load dishes, it pops off the track every time, and I have to reset it before pushing it back. Lastly, the silverware holder doesn't actually fit the machine. If you place it in the spot it is designed for, it wobbles around and you can't push the rack in because the handle of the silverware holder sticks out farther than the interior wall of the dishwasher. There is an odd plastic piece that can be attached to the rack behind the silverware basket that pushes the basket forward (so the top is angled away from the wall) that keeps the handle from hitting the wall, but it just makes the basket even more unstable. I think that plastic piece was just something thrown in there by the manufacturer to try to solve the problem with the handle without redesigning the basket, as there is no mention of it in the instructions and its poorly designed. In short, although this is the most expensive dishwasher I've ever purchased, it is by far the worst. Sadly, no repair will ever fix what is wrong with this machine.

We just remodeled our kitchen and chose the suite of Frigidaire Pro appliances. We're very happy with the fridge, range, and microwave, but the dishwasher is absolutely terrible. First, it does not dry at all. I use the correct settings, add heat to it, and the dishes still come out dripping wet. We've only had the appliance for a few weeks, and it's been this way from day one, so there are no clogs causing it. I'm attaching a picture showing the water droplets after a full cycle with heated dry ran overnight. Second, the silverware holder doesn't fit. When you sit it in its cradle, it's loose and just rattles around, and you can't close the door because the basket's handle hits the wall. There's an extra plastic piece that came with it that's not mentioned in the instructions at all, but the installers said it fits onto the rack under the basket and pushes it forward. Obviously, this is a late addition by the manufacturer to try to solve the handle-hitting-wall problem, but all it does is tilt the basket forward. So the basket now just sits loosely at an angle, still rattling around, just doing so at an angle. Third, the tines on the lower rack are too close together to allow dinner plates to stand up. My plates are standard (not exceptionally deep) but they don't fit between the tines, so they don't stand up. The only type of dinner plate that fits properly are the really flat and skinny corningware type (which are coincidentally what are shown in every picture advertising this dishwasher). I'm attaching a picture of my plates in the dishwasher. Fourth, the bottom rack is flimsy and cheap. When you pull it out, it rattles and falls off the track, so you have to lift it back up and straighten it out before pushing it back in.In a nutshell, this is the most expensive dishwasher I've ever owned, yet it is the worst one I've ever owned. Sadly, no repair will fix these problems.

Used only for a week and it already is having issues. In the middle of a cycle it started running rough, beeping and the blue light was flashing while throwing out an error code. Having someone come out to take a look at, but doesn™€™t speak well to an appliance that™€™s brands new.

This was a replacement dishwasher for the one that frigidaire could not repair. Unfortunately, it does not function like the prior model. The utensil holder does not fit properly into the washer. It's not as user friendly as my former washer. I guess, I am not too happy with this dishwasher.

If I could give this dishwasher no stars, I would do just that but I suppose the one star can be for the good looks it has, but good looks can only get you so far. We splurged and put the Frigidaire Professional kitchen package in our new construction home (moved in 4/18/23) instead of going with the builder choice, and I had high expectations of how they would perform. This dishwasher is junk! This dishwasher does not dry (yes I'm using the correct setting & rinse agent), it does not clean well, the racks are poor quality and do not move freely in and out as if they wear decades old or something! A service tech has already been to our house trying to remedy the problems. He greased the wheels on the racks and said otherwise it is working properly. How long do you think it took for the same exact problems listed above to come back? The next day! Still doesn't dry, still cheaply made, racks still won't roll properly. I would like Frigidaire to take this dishwasher back!

My rating of one star relates more to customer service than the appliances. Bought a new home with Frigidaire Professional Series appliance package included. Stove, refrigerator, and microwave (door needs extra push to close) seem to be working well but the dishwasher is another story.First, we had to postpone moving in 30 days and was only able to use the dishwasher once and an error code appeared before the cycle was completed. Went online to try and resolve issues myself with no progress. Tried contacting support for repair and was hung up on for several days due to high demand. Finally able to get through and was told there was no warranty on an appliance under 60 days old. After insisting there is a warranty, support agreed to send out a tech and is scheduled to come out tomorrow, so I'll let you know how this turns out. I had a chance to compare the new dishwasher with my older one and find the new appliances in general don't feel as solid as the older models.

I appreciate the options for heated and non-heated dry cycles in this dishwasher. The energy savings for non-heated dry are significant in my opinion. Installation was smooth with the bundled install service. The combination of the third rack and the flatware basket on this model is very good as well. As a minor drawback, the spacing of pegs in the bottom rack is rather close. It doesn't accommodate my baking sheets as well as I would like. Still a lovely purchase.
