I™™ve had this dishwasher for only two years and it seems the circuit board and/or pump are already malfunctioning with normal use. The water does not completely drain and all hoses, appliance parts, and plumbing have been investigated to ensure no blockages. Very frustrating!

I am very happy with this dishwasher. My only critique is that the cutlery basket tends to lean and catch on the rubber stripping when the drawer is pushed in.

We had this same model for years. Always reliable and did the job. If it ain't broke, why fix it? Installed new myself without any issues. Broke it in the same day. Good unit for the price

less than 3 months after it was installed it went out at the end of September. Needed 3 weeks to get a tech, needed a new mother board, which turn out to be on B/O, but was told that only after waiting a month in November. Then continued to wait till mid February to finally get fix. All good right? Nope. Still having problem with it starting up and running correctly. Now I have to start over again with warranty, hope its not another motherboard.

It gets the dishes clean but does not dry the dishes very well. I wipe out the inside of the dishwasher so it does not smell from being damp

So far so good did a few cycles the only question I have is why does it smell after hours after washing I did the drain hose like the directions said I never had a problem with an install on many I did in my time maybe someone reading this could help me thanks Jim

This dish washer works great! We™™ll put dishes with peanut butter and dried up eggs in it and they all come out sparking clean! I have a great attention to detail from my time in the military, so I always inspect the dishes coming out and this dishwasher makes me very happy!

This is replacing the previous generation of this model which lasted almost exactly 3 years. Granted we use this 5 to 7 days a week.It gets dishes clean and is fairly quiet. The seal on the previous one was finicky and you had to keep an eye on it. So far no issues with this one, but we're only a couple weeks in.

We have the Frigidaire 24" Built in Dishwasher. It is easy to use and does a terrific cleaning job on the dishes. It did take us awhile to figure it out compared to our old dishwasher, but once we got it working right and pushing the correct buttons, it is terrific.

I just got my dishwasher about 2 months ago. I have already had to have the board swapped out. The dishwasher won™™t drain! The board is going to be replaced again and a new valve will be put in. I hope it fixes the issue.

This dishwasher works amazingly. We™™ve never pulled a dish out that wasn™™t cleaned properly from the top or bottom rack. The utensil basket is large enough to accommodate all my large whisks and measuring cups appropriately. Very happy with this purchase.

Moved into a new house with a brand new dishwasher. Did not work on first run. Unit would turn on but water would not flow in. Paid for a plumber to confirm that it was hooked up correctly and water was passing through as it should. The unit itself was not working properly. Next step was to go through Frigidaire for a service person to come look at the unit. he determined the sprinkler was not rotating properly and motor of the unit was faulty. So far the unit has not worked to expectations, has cost money to have a plumber check and has taken up way to much time to coordinate multiple service appointments just to get a new unit to work properly.Very disappointing to this point, but hopefully will work adequately moving forward.

I have never owned a dishwasher before, and man am I spoiled now!!! I love this dishwasher, I've put it to the test with a few dishes that I was questionable about if the dishwasher would be able to clean it off, and I couldn't be more pleased with how clean everything comes out to be. I've found a few pieces of silverware that didn't get 100% clean, but at the same time I'm not sure if there's a dishwasher out there that can inspect the cleanliness before finishing! All in all, I'm spoiled. I love it!

I smelled burning in the kitchen coming from the unit. When it was opened up, we found that the male connectors going to the door latch were melted. Upon researching this issue, I have learned that this is a common problem with this model that needs to be addressed, Frigidaire certainly doesn't want to admit that it should be recalled, but it should. I spoke with two supervisors at Frigidaire, including the corporate supervisor, who could not help me. They could only provide the phone number for service providers, which I would have to pay for, despite this being a fire hazard and an issue many others have had. I had to redact this post to exclude reviews and comments that I read elsewhere and photos of others with melted connectors in the door latch in order to publish my review. I will be notifying the CPSC of this problem. Extremely disappointed that Frigidaire takes no ownership over their own defects.

The pump broke under warranty and I filed a claim. Frigidaire scheduled replacement then kept "resolving the claim" in their system without doing anything. then they couldn't find a tech willing to come out. Then the warranty expired. I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB. Finally got a warranty replacement. The guy installed it and left without saying a word. I pulled the plastic off the front and the replacement door has two large dents. The unit operates but I reported the dents and nothing. ... so in my brand new kitchen renovation I have a dented up unit I paid full price for that I am stuck with. Not happy.

This dishwasher started off great™¦well that was short lived. The element is literally burning the bottom of the dishwasher I don™™t even use it anymore because I™™m afraid to catch my house on fire. And on top of that the element has already burned and melted 2 sprayer arms. I™™m absolutely upset at the quality of this dishwasher and this dishwasher is barley a year old !!!

We noticed dishwasher wasn™™t cleaning dishes and upon close inspection see the shape of the heating coil does not match photos and it has melted the sprayers and the inner lining. Will call repair but given the risk of fire wanted to share with consumers right away

My unit stopped working and I need to buy a new one already as Frigidaire told me there was nothing they could do after 1 year. They offered to give me some phone numbers of repair services, which I'd have to pay for. Gee, thanks. I smelled a burning smell coming from this dishwasher and then the touch pad stopped working. The connections to the door latch were totally melted down. This door latch is extremely problematic and is a fire hazard. Frigidaire told me there was nothing they could do since it is past one year. Last product I ever buy from this company. 0 stars for product. 0 starts for support.

We love the stainless steel look, and it washes dishes efficiently. It's also quiet. However, the top black lip of the dishwasher where the buttons are located has a sharp edge just under the handle and cuts our hand frequently. It's unavoidable, as you need to pull the handle right where the sharp edge is. My wife and son have cut their hand multiple times. This is a product design / engineer flaw. The actual dishwasher is great, it's just a hassle to need to be cautious and intentional every time we open the dishwasher for fear of getting cut.

The dishwasher itself works great. No issues there. However there's a huge design flaw. When you open with the handle and go to remove your hand it catches on the lip of the top. All 4 people in my house have cut their hands open numerous times. Im almost to the point of replacing it cause of this problem.

This dishwasher has been trouble since day 1. Brand new. It barely cleaned silverware in holder, would stop running randomly, dispensed soap only about half the time, never dried dishes, would get hot enough to melt dishwasher safe plastic on top rack, or not clean at all. 1.5 years old and the heating element burned a whole in the bottom and leaked, ruining wood in island and floor. I'm sure this is just bad luck and we happened to get a lemon, but it has turned me off of Fridgidaire...

I have had this machine since I purchased my home 8/2020 and only been able use it a handful of times. I went over a year hand washing my dishes since the Bladespray arm would fall off and end up burning with the heating element at the bottom. I recently tried using it again a couple times and the arm has burned through see photos below. Guess I am better off handwashing dishes again!!

We just moved into our new build home and after barely 2 months of use the dishwasher started smoking and tripped the breaker. Nothing fell down and it is not the outlet. We've been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to call us back and tell us when someone will come out. Not impressed with the dishwasher or customer service.
